CELEBRATING THE GOODNESS OF GOD

A place to call home: St. Mark’s Lutheran Church & School
In the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ, we welcome you to St. Mark’s. We especially welcome our guests who have joined us today.
We pray you will be strengthened by the good news about God’s grace, love, and forgiveness through Jesus.
Worship Focus: Why is it hard to be a good person on a consistent basis? Or, would you say you
are a consistently good person? Would those around you agree? You very well may be such, and who
makes that possible? ‘Good’ is to be defined by God; and at the heart of His definition for being a
good person is love. What kind of love, and who to love, and how to love, is our focus this morning
so that we can be the consistently good people God wants us to be.
Serving at Worship
Presiding Minister: Pastor Jonathan Kolander

Flowers: Altar flowers for this week are given by Steve and Ellie Ennis for many blessings received
and on the occasion of Ellie’s birthday.
